Common Mistakes
- Signature in Capital: Never sign in FULL CAPITAL LETTERS. It will be rejected.
- Blurry Thumb: Ridges must be clearly visible. Use blue/black ink.
- Declaration Text: Must be written in English only on white paper with black ink.

Banking exams like IBPS PO, Clerk, and SBI PO require a strict set of 4 documents. Unlike SSC, the signature must NOT be in capital letters, and a specific "Handwritten Declaration" is mandatory.
